Terms of Service

1. Overview

The tribelistings.com website is operated by GrowWithAI, Inc., 603 E Fort King St. #48, Ocala, FL 34471 ("TribeListings", "we", "us", "our"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply to everyone who uses the site, including visitors, members, tribe owners and anyone who submits content. By visiting or using the site, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to all of them, do not use the site.

Features we add later are also covered by these Terms. We may update these Terms at any time by posting the new version on this page. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept it.

2. Using the site

• You must be at least 18 years old to use TribeListings.
• You may not use the site for any unlawful purpose, or in a way that breaks laws where you live, including copyright law.
• You must not send viruses, malware, or any code that could damage the site or other people's systems.
• We may refuse service to anyone, for any reason, at any time.
• If you break these Terms, we may end your access immediately.

Information you send us is generally transmitted over the internet, and may pass through networks and devices outside our control. We encrypt traffic between your browser and the site.

3. Accounts and sign-in

• You sign in with an email address you control. We send a single-use sign-in link to that address. There are no passwords to set.
• You are responsible for the email account you sign in with and for anything done through your account. Do not share sign-in links.
• Give accurate information and keep it up to date. One person should use one account.

4. Listings and tribe owners

• Tribe owners must have authority to manage the listing. We may check ownership, including by sending a verification message to an address on the tribe's own domain.
• Owners are responsible for the accuracy and legality of what they publish. Edits are held for our review before they go live.
• We may review, approve, decline, change or remove any listing or content, with or without notice, for example if it is inaccurate, out of date, misleading, or breaks these Terms.
• Listing information is provided by owners and members, not by us, unless we say otherwise.

5. Listing removal requests

A tribe owner or a platform operator can ask us to remove or hide a listing by emailing contact@tribelistings.com. We may ask for reasonable proof that you own or are authorized to act for the listing before we act.

6. Accuracy of information

We are not responsible if information on the site is inaccurate, incomplete or out of date. Listings can change, and the site may contain historical information that is no longer current. Do not rely on the site alone for decisions about joining a tribe, paying for a service, or meeting someone. Check with the tribe or the tool's own sources first. If you find an error, please tell us so we can correct it.

7. Changes to the service and prices

We may change, add, pause or discontinue any part of the service, including features, plans and prices. Where a change affects a paid plan you have bought, we will tell you by email before it takes effect, as far as the law requires. We are not liable to you or any third party for a change, price change, pause or discontinuance of the service.

8. Paid plans and sponsored placements

• Paid plans (such as Plus and Premium) and sponsored placements are sold through Stripe. Prices are shown on our pricing page and in the checkout before you pay.
• Paid plans are subscriptions. They continue until cancelled. A cancelled or failed payment returns the listing to the Free plan.
• To change from one paid plan to another, contact us. Refunds are considered case by case. Nothing in these Terms limits any refund or right you have under law.
• Owners must give current, complete and accurate billing details, and update them if they change.
• Sponsored placements are labelled "Sponsored" on the site. We may limit or refuse any placement.

9. Use of listing data

Browsing the directory is free. If you publish work that uses our listing data or aggregated statistics, you must credit TribeListings with a link to tribelistings.com. Scraping, bulk extraction, redistribution, or using our data to train artificial intelligence or machine learning models requires our prior written permission. 10. Third-party links and tools

The site includes links to tribe websites and to tools we recommend. Those sites and tools are not run by us, and we do not examine or guarantee their content, accuracy, prices or practices. We are not liable for any harm or loss from a transaction or use of a third-party site or tool. Review each third party's terms and privacy practices before you engage with them, and direct complaints about a third-party product to that third party.

11. Content you give us

You keep the rights you have in the text, images, logos and other content you submit ("Content"). You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, copy, format, display and share your Content on the site and in our alerts and emails, for as long as it is on the site, and for a reasonable time afterwards for backups and records. You confirm that you have the rights needed to give us this license, and that your Content is accurate and does not infringe anyone else's rights.

We may, but have no obligation to, review, edit or remove Content that we consider unlawful, offensive, threatening, libelous, defamatory or otherwise objectionable, or that infringes anyone's rights. You are solely responsible for what you submit. We take no responsibility for content posted by you or any third party.

12. Prohibited uses

You must not use the site or its content:

• for any unlawful purpose, or to solicit others to take part in one;
• to violate any international, federal, state or local law or regulation;
• to infringe the intellectual property rights of TribeListings or of others;
• to harass, abuse, insult, harm, defame, intimidate or discriminate against anyone based on gender, sexual orientation, religion, ethnicity, race, age, national origin or disability;
• to submit false or misleading information, or impersonate a person, tribe or business, or claim a listing you are not authorized to manage;
• to upload or send viruses or other malicious code;
• to collect or track the personal information of others, or to send spam or phishing messages or unsolicited messages to members;
• to scrape, spider, crawl or copy the site at scale, except as section 9 allows;
• to interfere with or get around the security features of the site or of any related service.

We may remove content and suspend or close accounts that break these rules.

13. Tribes and members

Each tribe is run by its own owners and members. TribeListings does not run, endorse or guarantee any tribe, meeting or person listed on the site, and we do not check every group or member. Use your own judgment before you meet anyone or join anything, and take care with your personal information and your personal safety. We are not responsible for conduct between members, owners or others.

14. Personal information

Your submission of personal information through the site is governed by our Privacy Policy.

15. Disclaimers

We do not guarantee that your use of the site will be uninterrupted, timely, secure or error-free, or that results from using it will be accurate or reliable. You use the site at your own risk. The site and the services are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties or conditions of any kind, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the fullest extent the law allows.

16. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, neither TribeListings nor GrowWithAI, Inc., nor their officers, employees, agents or suppliers, is liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, savings, data or goodwill, arising from your use of the site or any content on it, even if we were told such damages were possible. Our total liability for any claim relating to the site is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or one hundred US dollars (US$100) if you have paid us nothing. Some places do not allow these limits, so some of them may not apply to you.

17. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless TribeListings, GrowWithAI, Inc., and their officers, employees, agents and suppliers from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys' fees, made by a third party because of your breach of these Terms or your violation of any law or of a third party's rights.

18. Entire agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any rules we post on the site about the service, are the whole agreement between you and us about the site. They replace any earlier agreement or proposal on the same subject. If we do not enforce a right under these Terms, that does not waive it. Ambiguities are not read against either party because that party wrote them.

19. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Marion County, Florida, unless the law where you live requires otherwise.

20. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms at any time by posting the new version here with a new effective date. If a change is material, we will tell members and owners by email before it takes effect. You can review the current version at any time on this page.
